there is alot of negativity in this office. im here fer 3 mths n onli 1 person is reali hapi to b here. this lady who juz joined 1 mth after me. she's v hapi even tho she wks 12 hrs every dae... cos in her previous company, she was wkin so much more n harder... gd fer her i thought...

was tokin to vin last nite abt pple who love to tell everyone abt how tough their job is... abt how much wk they haf n how stressed they r... both of us feel dat if its so bad, y stay on? n does it mean dat e person is inefficient? not pointin fingers at anyone... but its like... this modern society seems to thrive on e basic theme that: if u r sufferin in ur wk, u r doin great

at cell, shianni was sharin dat in her office, everyone is like complainin dat they cant meet sales target n even when they clinch a big deal, they sae 'aiyah so little, im still so far from e target'... n when she tells em she's so hapi fer em, they look at her in astonishment cos in this world now, nobody is hapi fer other's achievements. 'we live in a dog-eat-dog world u noe?' i think dats wat they might b thinkin...

same over here... everydae i hear pple complainin abt e company, e system, e job scope, e work load... then i wonder... how do they survive here fer so many yrs when they r outwardly unhapi everydae? reminds me of my sch daes when everyone keeps sayin everydae dat they dun understand e lectures n duno how to do e tutorials n after e exam keep complainin dat e paper was so tough... but in e end, they fare well!!!!! strange rite humans... seem to thrive on negativity...

was sharin wif carol n vin dat i need to change. im bein changed by e world n i cant continue like this. im startin to speak negatively at times n its affectin me. u noe when we sae things, we believe in it.

dats y when we speak out God's word often, we hear it n it gets into us n becomes part of us n our faith in God n His promises is built up!!! but when we speak out negative things everydae, naturally this is wat we will grow to believe in n our lives will reflect wat we believe in... we become haggard lookin n tired n sickly cos this is wat we sae we wan to b... so let's cast out all these negativities!!! cos Jesus has alreadi paid e price by dyin on e cross!!! He has redeemed us by His blood n all e blessings from God are made available to us as long as we ask in His name according to His will!!!

we r called to live in this world but not live like how e world lives... because we r transformed by e blood of Jesus n we can put on e new self, we can declare dat we r victors in Christ!!! nothin can overwhelm us cos our God is an awesome God n NOTHIN is too big fer Him!!!
