hmmmmm

just read a news article about a female reporter that tweeted about her being harrased, which resulted in investigations being carried out. me thinks, wow the power of internet!

wonder if i blog about how horrid my boss is, will investigations be carried out on her? cos obviously my HR department has no hold on her, even after many people resigned cos of her and complained about her to HR, she is still sitting firmly on her seat, goes to show there is no 'tian li' here...

maybe i should set up a twitter account and tweet each time my boss does something ridiculous to me. like yesterday she called me. let's call her B for Boss.

B: is the meeting still on?
J: yes i called xxx but she didnt pick up. left her a message as well. still trying to locate her.

*sound of phone hanging up*

errr... am i too sensitve or is she very rude???

and remember the incident in feb when i just got back to office after my 3 week hospitalization leave? the first day i was back, i worked till 1030pm to clear my backlog and asked for her approval to go to the doctor after office hours at 6pm, cos i was limping very badly. she gave her approval that night.

but the next day at 550pm (my knock off time is 530pm), she told me that unless its a matter of life or death, i cannot go to the doctor. i was already trembling cos of the pain, breaking out in cold sweat, and for that whole day i was walking around by grabbing the surrounding tables and doors. reason being, she wanted me to stay cos she was afraid that my team mate would not know how to do something and that she would get frustrated and upset. huh?!

haha just 2 incidents out of the many that have been happening. but its enough to convict her if there was a court of law for unethical bosses haha! actually alot of people in my company know about the 'life or death' incident cos think those who were around that night went to tell others about what happened. but yet, nothing was done to her about it.

nmind i just do my best and she can do whatever she want. God will protect me.

The LORD will grant that the enemies who rise up against you will be defeated before you. They will come at you from one direction but flee from you in seven.
